Au Comptoir sur Wimereux

Delighted with my beef with Roquefort sauce. The crème brûlée was excellent. Friendly welcome and service. Don't hesitate, it's a great place.

Few restaurants were open that February day, with temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius and no reservations. After a bit of a wait, we ate at this restaurant and it was a wonderful discovery. The dishes were generous and delicious: andouillette sausage with fries, chicken, mussels in a casserole, and a fantastic dessert... The prices are very reasonable, the food is cooked on-site using local products. Note that the restaurant isn't very large.

The food was okay. Tasty enough, but nothing special. The prices are reasonable. The service is friendly. It's enough for just a pancake or something simple like a burger without breaking the bank.

A break in Wimereux, a warm welcome and delicious food!

We came on December 19th. It was to celebrate our topaz wedding anniversary! A warm welcome and a good meal.

The food was okay, except that the French fries were either very crunchy when they cooled, or the other portion wasn't fully cooked. Unchilled water was unavailable. Both of our dishes were very mildly seasoned. The door was constantly open, so it was drafty, and I ate with a thick jacket on. We sat in the farthest corner, far from the door. Perhaps they just wanted to encourage guests to leave the restaurant quickly. A woman was setting the tables with glasses, cutlery, and napkins. Perhaps someone should tell her that, for example, you shouldn't touch the fork by the tines when setting the table, even if it's convenient.

Everything was perfect, we called for tomorrow if I could come with my dog, they told me no problem, they even gave us a table for 4 people even though there were 2 of us so that the dog had space and in a corner, the best of the best. Moreover, it is the only restaurant that accepted my dog, who is also in assistance dog training, the team is at the top, very good humor, came to see if we were okay, and if the dog needed water and when finished 5 minutes later we were asked if we wanted something so no waiting, it's great, the meals were exceptional! The best salmon steak I have eaten! And a few days before I had a rare piece of meat and the cooking was perfectly respected, the sauces are very good! Moreover, we did not know how to have dessert because the plates are so full and not expensive! If you do not know what to have, you can ask the waitress who will give you her opinion on what she prefers 😀. Don't listen to the bad comments and go try it, you won't be disappointed, it was really great and if you have a dog and you want more space, don't hesitate to make a phone call to get the space you want 😀

We didn't like the food that much but that's a matter of taste. In my opinion it's more of a fast food restaurant

This is how a restaurant should be. Friendly, smiling service, a lovely family atmosphere. The food is top-notch. Compliments to the chef! And the menu is varied enough. Something for everyone! Delicious.

I went there with a friend to eat Welsh. Very good and well-received. The prices are not excessive. I recommend it.
