I rediscovered this restaurant during a dinner with friends on a Friday evening. We had reserved a table for 8:30 pm but arrived early, at 8:00 pm. This wasn't a problem at all, and a table was quickly set for us. The restaurant offers tarte flambée, a varied menu, and daily specials at very attractive prices, including a weekly set menu available for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Friday. I opted for the set menu (main course + dessert) and thoroughly enjoyed it for a very reasonable price. The photo shows the dessert: a poached pear in white wine, Belle Hélène style—delicious! My friends also thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I highly recommend it.

Parfait Restaurant in Robertsau. Number 1. The owner always makes sure his customers are satisfied. He makes a point of being there himself. Perfect. However, like in society, there are always people who think humans are robots. Well done, Mr. Ennesser.

26/03/2026: Good food and a warm welcome once it's open, but if you arrive for lunch and are 15 or 5 minutes early, the staff will turn you away because you can't enter the restaurant before 12:00 sharp—an absurdity, especially in winter when you have up to 10 people waiting in the cold until it's exactly 12! These could be customers just starting to order drinks, like an aperitif! It's no better at the security office! I find this organization very unprofessional!
