Family lunch (5 adults + 2 young children) Christmas week; very friendly welcome, excellent green sauerkraut and good desserts (glazed kouglof with marc), washed down with a good Riesling from a local producer 👍 (winemaker Engel who is worth a visit, tasting... and purchase 😉).
In short, a great address in Riquewihr that we recommend!

A place recommended to us by a local lady who rented the gite for us. The food is really good, with even a good small coffee (difficult to find). The only flaw is the service with the lady who serves the tables being a bit sui generis.

Very informal and nice dinner. We stopped by last night, I booked a table the same day (just few hrs before) also asking if they had some vegetarian options as on the menu there were only 2 and with my big surprise all the waiters and staff were very friendly and open to find other solutions for us. Eventually we managed to eat various different dishes. We had the onion soup, onion Tarte and then they proposed to us a terrine vegetarian. Thank you so much!

We were passing through Alsace. We had the chance to have lunch at Au Dolder. The setting is charming, the staff are excellent, we were very well received. The meal was excellent, we all enjoyed it, both children and adults! I recommend 100%

In het toeristische Riquewhir een restaurant dat er al meer dan 100 jaar bestaat en waar de 4e generatie van de familie werkt.
Wij kozen voor de traditionele choucroute, maar tevens voor de variatie van Riquewhir, van groene kool. Beiden smaakten erg lekker met een enorme portie worst en vlees erbij.
Glaasje Riesling dazu en ons geluk was compleet buiten op het terras.
Binnen tref je een oud traditioneel donkerbruine inrichting, met de foto’s van voorouders aan de muur.

C’est très bon au goût aux plats chauds avec leurs accompagnements ! Et bien aux déserts ! J’ai pensé de recommander aux réservés de table. Une carte de menu est parfait et qualité !
