Au Faou de crepes sur Le Faou

Excellent pancakes! If we are in the area again we will come back to eat here.

The crepes are very good. Salted butter crepe and chocolate crepe, vanilla and almond ice cream with whipped cream. The artisanal apple juice is worth the detour. Prices are correct. For the welcome and the smile, well you have to go get it. Too bad because this Wednesday, September 18, there is not much open in the village. It is true that commerce is a whole, and not just pancakes, even if they are good.

Half-hearted experience. If the pancakes lived up to our expectations, the welcome, for its part, left something to be desired. After waiting in vain for a response to our hello to get a table, we were greeted by a most unpleasant silence. Once settled, I politely asked if it was possible to open the parasol, to which I was told with disconcerting nonchalance that there was not enough sun to justify such a request. I then had to explain that one person in our duo suffered from a skin problem (cancer), before we finally deigned to open the parasol. This gesture, although simple, turned out to be a real obstacle course. To top it off, when paying the bill, I took the time to thank for opening the parasol and leave a tip in the piggy bank. Not a word of thanks in return, adding a final bitter note to this experience. It is clear that professionalism is sorely lacking in customer relations. As for the setting, it is simply a terrace on a square with no particular charm. It seems we were unlucky, and I sincerely hope that the waitress will be more considerate when a similar request arises.

Bon accueil, service rapide même en arrivant tardivement, rapport qualité prix très correct (40€ pour 2 avec 2 boissons, 2 galettes et 2 crêpes). Pas mal

Entre amis qui visitent le Faou et se retrouvent avec vraiment le hasard dans cette crêperie . Même si l’accueil est discret et le lieu simple mais propre , les crêpes sont excellentes et bien garnies . Le serveur débutant le jour même dans ce resto devra prendre ses aises rapidement et assurer au mieux le service . Les deux dames efficaces et aimables dans cette crêperie qui fut une très bonne découverte .
