Au Fil de l'Eau sur Seyssel

Passing through Seyssel, we stopped at this restaurant which pleasantly surprised us with its short but carefully curated menu and attentive service. The foie gras was very good, the meat was cooked to perfection, and the fried calamari was excellent. The wine list, however, was a bit limited, with few organic wines available. The steak could have been served piping hot, and the shallot sauce was rather bland, but that didn't stop us from having a lovely evening and enjoying a delicious meal. I highly recommend it. The terrace overlooking the Rhône is superb on sunny days.
