As a regular customer of the Au Fil de l'Eau restaurant, it's always a great pleasure to return. The food is absolutely divine: the cuisine is flavorful, expertly prepared, and never disappoints, visit after visit.
The welcome is warm and attentive, making every moment spent there particularly enjoyable, all in a charming setting along the canal. A sure bet in Amiens that I recommend without hesitation!

Passing through Amiens with my family, we booked a table at this restaurant. We received a very warm welcome and were thanked very kindly upon our departure. The food was excellent, the dishes beautifully presented, and we had a wonderful dining experience. Thank you again to the team, and best of luck to you!

This Sunday at lunchtime, we ate outside and the service was very disorganized.
Three times, we asked two different young waitresses for extra fries, and we were never served.
The manager was visibly irritable with the waitresses, creating a very unpleasant and uncomfortable atmosphere.
Furthermore, the waitresses' uniforms were wrinkled and unironed, which is a shame for such a beautiful restaurant.
On the other hand, the chicken with Vin Jaune and vegetables was simply delicious.
One last point: the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee) doesn't exist; it's a "platter gourmand" (gourmet platter)! For 10 euros, you'd expect to get a coffee to go with it!

Nice place, but still disappointed. We had a reservation for 5 adults, but we were seated at a table for 4 and they added a chair at the end. Not great, poorly arranged. The salmon steak with vegetables was nothing special. This restaurant has a good reputation, so I was a bit let down.

A great place to eat. I came on August 15th at noon and received a warm welcome, good service, and high-quality food. I recommend sitting on the terrace, especially in the shade when the sun is blazing!

I really like this little restaurant which combines good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and a friendly team. Indeed, the dishes are delicious, the staff is very attentive – they do their job discreetly – and being close to the towpath, it's a great place to be 💕 or rather, to eat 😅
