Perfect, excellent mojito, and I highly recommend the pizzas (the goat cheese and the Reblochon). They are excellent. The view is lovely, and despite the heat, we enjoyed it thanks to the pleasant breeze, and we were in the shade on the boat. It was a very enjoyable experience we had this lunchtime, and we thank our servers Sarah and Antoine for their excellent service. We will definitely come back.

It's always lovely to dine on a boat, especially with a view of Angers Castle. The seating capacity is good, with plenty of space between tables. The dishes are beautifully presented. The Angevin salad is delicious, with a perfectly balanced raspberry vinegar. The Caesar salad, usually a classic, is given a very nice twist. The only slight disappointment was the salmon pasta. The pizzas are good. This restaurant is convenient for small groups. The service is adequate, though a little lacking in finesse and patience for my taste, but still perfectly acceptable! Go there for a lovely time.

La Soufflerie

17/05/2026: Passing through Angers before heading back to Paris, we tried La Soufflerie to discover the concept. The idea of ​​a soufflé is original and a welcome change from traditional restaurants. We ordered a Savoyard soufflé, a ham and cheese soufflé, a salmon and spinach galette, and two sweet strawberry soufflés. Honestly, it wasn't bad, but we left rather disappointed. Perhaps I'm not a big fan of soufflés, but overall we felt they lacked a bit of flavor and depth. We were expecting something more indulgent and with more pronounced flavors. The desserts were decent too, but nothing memorable. In the end, nearly €70 for three people seemed quite expensive considering the experience. It's a shame, because the concept really had potential.
16/05/2026: We arrived at 1 p.m. on a Friday during a bank holiday weekend, having made a reservation in advance. It was clearly a busy period, but luckily a second waitress arrived to help out at the same time as us. We waited almost an hour between our arrival and the arrival of our meal. Despite the difficulties, the staff remained friendly, and we enjoyed our meal (my dessert soufflé was a little runny, but nothing serious).
