What a fun time! Once is not customary, this is what the cuisine that the Chef offered me today gave me. So much attention paid by all the protagonists of this exceptional moment. From refined appetizers to give the brigade time to orchestrate its score, to flavors enhanced by the talent of the artists who work in the ovens, everything is a wonder for the senses. The visuals have nothing to envy of the flavors delivered by the dishes, each more elaborate than the last. A denominator links the progress of your meal: Generosity with a capital “G”. The attention to detail extends to the concern of offering your guest the "sparkling" which will pair wonderfully with the poached plums and their farandole of ice cream and homemade whipped cream, covered with shards of simply exceptional meringue. A very nice experience, pleasant and smiling service. Good fresh produce very well cooked and a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. To do again.

Right on the Dordogne River with huge windows and views of Sainte Foy La Grande across the river, this spot will probably require a reservation. The food is excellent, but I didn't really like the format of ordering an entree and sides separately, especially since it wasn't super clear on the menu what was a side. I came once for the view and to try it, and while the food was very good, it's a little too fine dining for my taste.

Bistronomic as you wish, I recommend 100%.
