A very nice discovery is this Hôtel du Fin Gourmet in Le Croisic. Everything is there: location, spacious room mixing old and modern comfort, not forgetting the warm, attentive welcome from the owners who went out of their way to find us a solution. We loved the breakfast, the outdoor terrace was so lively. A very big thank you. We know we will come back.

Parfois, un établissement vous tape dans l'oeil, vous attire comme un aimant. Ce fut le cas du Fin Gourmet, hôtel avec terrasse, lors d'une promenade en vélocipède dans les délicieuses petites rues piétonnes du Croisic par un huit mai ensoleillé. Je m'approche pour jeter un oeil à la carte et découvre qu'il s'agit d'une sorte de bar à tapas. Qu'y sert-on ? Des planches, huitres et autres. Rien d'exceptionnel me dis-je, en dépit du fait que l'endroit soit charmant. Mais le contraire ne tarderait pas à m'être prouvé. Ce même jour, nous ne résistons pas à l'appel de la mer et après avoir pris l'apéritif à la Cabana, surplombant l'adorable petit port Saint-Michel, nous décidons d'aller dîner au-dessus, au café de la Plage. Il est 20h50, la terrasse est bondée, mais miracle : il reste une table. Un miracle de courte durée puisqu'un serveur ne sachant pas servir m'informe qu'à cette heure indue, ils ne servent plus ! 20h50 ? Bon sang mais c'est bien sûr : c'est l'heure d'aller en boîte de nuit, pas de dîner ! Le Fin Gourmet me revient alors en mémoire et, par prudence, j'appelle pour tomber sur une charmante interlocutrice, presque étonnée que je lui demande s'ils servent encore. Une fois sur place, nous avons dégusté l'une des meilleures planches qu'il nous ait été donné de déguster. L'établissement vient d'être repris et entre la qualité des produits, la gentillesse des aubergistes, les prix maitrisés comme on dit, la programmation musicale, sans oublier la décoration, entraperçue à travers les vitres, tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour que cette excellente adresse soit couronnée succès !

Sometimes, an establishment catches your eye, attracts you like a magnet. This was the case at the Fin Gourmet, a hotel with a terrace, during a velocipede ride in the delightful little pedestrian streets of Le Croisic on a sunny May 8th. I approach to take a look at the menu and discover that it is a sort of tapas bar. What do we serve there? Boards, oysters and others. Nothing exceptional, I tell myself, despite the fact that the place is charming. But the opposite would soon be proven to me. That same day, we could not resist the call of the sea and after having an aperitif at the Cabana, overlooking the adorable little port of Saint-Michel, we decided to go to dinner above, at the café de la Beach. It’s 8:50 p.m., the terrace is crowded, but miracle: there is a table left. A short-lived miracle since a waiter who does not know how to serve informs me that at this ungodly hour, they are no longer serving! 8:50 p.m.? Damn but it's for sure: it's time to go to the nightclub, not dinner! The Fin Gourmet then comes to mind and, out of caution, I call to find a charming person, almost surprised that I ask her if they are still serving. Once there, we tasted one of the best platters we have ever tasted. The establishment has just been taken over and between the quality of the products, the kindness of the innkeepers, the controlled prices as they say, the musical programming, without forgetting the decoration, glimpsed through the windows, all the ingredients are there for this excellent address is crowned with success!

This hotel is a delicious surprise Superb location, very pleasant comfort, excellent value for money But it is above all the welcome that is remarkable The mother and daughter take care of this hotel as if it were their home. They take great care, in a very friendly and warm atmosphere. In short, a stop not to be missed if you go to Le Croisic

The new owners (February 2024) are keen to continue the work of their predecessors: very warm welcome, large and relaxing rooms, comfortable integrated bathroom, varied breakfast. The location is magnificent, quiet but right in the old center, one hundred meters from the port.

Small, very pleasant hotel, quiet, clean with a very warm welcome from the owners. The building has a soul and you feel good there.
