A real treat! We were warmly welcomed in this restaurant in the center of Argelès. The quality of local and organic products if possible is really highlighted by the chef. The pairing with the wine suggested by the sommelier (wife of the chef) was also perfect. A big thank you for this excellent moment!

We had already been there last year, and this year it's a must. Always the same warm welcome, a meal... quite simply wow 🤗 we took the food and wine pairing, excellent choice from the owner who never makes a mistake... who finds the right dish/wine combination... she makes us discover new flavors and wines which can surprise. Bravo to the chef who excels in his cooking with ideas coming from I don't know where. See you next year Thank you again for this moment 🤗

Very good evening in this restaurant in the heart of Argeles-Gazost run by 2 charming owners: gentleman in the kitchen, lady in service but not only that! Homemade dishes with local and seasonal products and unique cocktails! I highly recommend this great restaurant for a gourmet break in the Pyrenees.

Nous avons réussi à avoir une réservation et nous avons passé une très bonne soirée. Très bon accueil de la patronne! De l’entrée au dessert, très belles assiettes pleines de couleurs et de saveurs. Produits de saison et locaux très bien mis en valeur. Seul bémol, le prix des vins! Pensez à réserver car peu de couvert.

Du travail dans l’assiette, bien réalisé. Cuisson des poisson et magret excellentes. Repas très agréable. Service attentionné. Seul bémol, les desserts, en retrait de la cuisine bien que très bons. À refaire.

Des Petits Pois Sont Rouges

16/09/2024: Der Service des Restaurants ist locker, immer auf der Höhe und genauso, wie man sich das vorstellt. Das Essen ist sehr gut, allerdings hat man es als Vegetarier (auch hier) wirklich schwer: es gab jeweils nur ein vegetarisches Gericht bei der Vorspeise und der Hauptspeise (siehe beide Fotos), also gibt es schlicht nur eine Auswahl. Den Käse als Vorspeise hätte ich eigentlich nicht gewählt, er war aber sehr gut. Die Hauptspeise war Quinoa mit verschiedenen Rohkost-Gemüsen. Dies war trotz der ordentlichen Vinaigrette insgesamt ein ziemlich langweiliges und einfallsloses, vegetarisches Gericht. Es gibt wirklich hervorragende vegetarische Gerichte, die nicht darin bestehen, das Fleisch wegzulassen oder (wie hier) einen Rohkost-Beilagen-Salat zum Hauptgericht umzuwandeln. Köche wie z.B. Ottolenghi beweisen dies in vielen Kochbüchern. Auch Fleischessern würden diese Gerichte gefallen - es müsste halt nur (auch hier) gekocht werden. Wirklich schade.
