Absolutely outstanding food and service. We found it through Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand, and the food, service, and atmosphere were worthy of a Michelin star. Extremely fresh, local produce, paired with excellent cooking. The wine pairing was an absolute steal and complemented the menu perfectly. I highly recommend checking out Au Fond Du Gosier - if this restaurant was in New York it would be twice the price and already have a Michelin star. If we are ever back in the Pyrennes we will be back!

While on holiday in the Pyrenees, we stumbled upon this charming little restaurant. The welcome was perfect, with smiling waitresses who were incredibly attentive. As for the food, we thoroughly enjoyed it and promised to return next year. It's clear there are some great chefs working there; I highly recommend it—you'll have a wonderful meal! For me, it's a must-try restaurant, and very affordable!

We stayed here at short notice as a family of four. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, and even appreciated our attempt to order in less-than-perfect French. The entire service was excellent. The food was superb, and my wife's gluten intolerance was easily accommodated in the outstanding menu.

14/08/2026: We had a delicious meal at this restaurant. We ended up here by chance because no other restaurant had any availability, but it certainly didn't disappoint! Beautiful dishes. The menu isn't too extensive, but I often find that to be a positive thing. All unique dishes or combinations. Everything was of very high quality and the plates were beautifully presented. We had a 3-course menu for €43 pp, which is really not expensive at all for what we got. If you just want a plate of fries and a large piece of meat, this isn't the place for you; this is more for connoisseurs. The only downside I found was the atmosphere; it lacked warmth, and was decorated quite "coldly." It is a hotel restaurant, so it isn't very large. However, it did look very clean and tidy.

31/05/2026: Super hospitable, beautiful central location within the Pyrenees. Perfect hotel for cyclists, highly recommended!!
30/05/2026: Charming, very well-maintained hotel with a warm welcome from the owner. Spacious room and bathroom, impeccably clean. Private parking and a location just 2 minutes from the city center. A place to book without hesitation!
