A must-visit in Millau if you appreciate excellent cocktails and original tapas. Everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference. Plus, the welcome is very friendly, and the owner is lovely! I highly recommend it!

I have been visiting Millau for 13 years and being vegetarian I have always struggled to find good food in the evenings. Finally I have found my the place! Had an awesome house made vegan burger and the meat food my friends had all looked incredible also. Not to mention the house mixed rum! Awesome place.

Nice rum shop as soon as you walk in; the exterior lacks visibility, so a few photos of the interior would be a plus. Thanks for your advice, and good luck with the exterior work.

We got there pretty early and were basically the only ones, so I’m not sure how the service is when it’s busy. The bartender was nice, and what really caught my eye was the decor, simple, and creative.

Bowling de Millau Restaurant

30/04/2026: It looked outdated, the workers only spoke French, the food was pretty bland. The main room was not at all welcoming, it's like an industrial warehouse. There is no elevator to get to the rooms, we were on the second floor and had to go up with dogs and suitcases and besides, I have a bad knee.
28/04/2026: We spent an overnight stay at this establishment with the Toulouse Harley Davidson chapter. There were 55 of us. We were very satisfied. The meal was excellent; the rooms, as well as the entire hotel, were very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped (good bedding). Furthermore, the location was easily accessible, very quiet, with secure parking; and the staff was very attentive. We had a very pleasant time. We recommend this establishment without hesitation.
