08/03/2026: During my stay in Millau for the chocolate fair, I discovered this very pleasant little restaurant. The staff were attentive and discreet, and the food was very good and generous, offering excellent value for money. Just one small addition would be homemade fries, but otherwise, the meat was high quality and cooked exactly as requested, which is rare. I will gladly return.

12/12/2025: Great hotel, very pleasant rooms, excellent restaurant (perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious meat), wonderful welcome, very friendly staff.
I am disabled and they arranged for me to have a room on the ground floor.
I have nothing to complain about, I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant. My wife and I were very happy with our stay.

We received a warm welcome and the pizzas were delicious. At €11, L'Aveyronnaise is excellent value for money. (See photo) I recommend this pizzeria for its taste, atmosphere, and reasonable prices. They bake their pizzas in a large, traditional oven.
