07/07/2026: We stopped at the Capion restaurant and what a wonderful discovery it was! From appetizer to dessert, a festival of flavors for our taste buds! The staff is very welcoming and friendly! We will definitely repeat this experience on our next visit to Millau! Finally: there's more to Millau than just the Millau Bridge! 😉

The food is very welcoming (I didn't give it 5 stars because some dishes were missing).
The staff is fantastic, very attentive to the customer; you really get the impression that the server has known you forever, which doesn't stop them from remaining professional. Bravo!
05/06/2026: Excellent cuisine; the slow-cooked veal chop was a delight, as was the semi-cooked foie gras. The service was impeccable, and we had a very pleasant time. I highly recommend this restaurant.

From appetizer to dessert, we were won over. The strawberry, raspberry, and pistachio cake is to die for! A huge thank you, we'll be back!

25/05/2026: Perfect place for our lunch. Plenty of shade from the sun! Menu had plenty to choose from and the service from the very friendly team was great. Food es was tasty and plentiful. Good bottle of rosé and lots of water in a lovely setting made for a very enjoyable experience.

The place is very relaxing, the staff are excellent, and the service is unhurried and high-quality – a real pleasure. We had a very pleasant time and will definitely return as soon as the opportunity arises. A big thank you to everyone for this relaxing experience.

The staff is welcoming and friendly.
The food is delicious and the portions are generous.
06/06/2026: Disappointed with the dish: pasta with chicken in a lemon sauce (look for the chicken!), and the sauce was sickeningly rich towards the end.
Personally, I'll avoid this restaurant in Millau from now on.

30/04/2026: It looked outdated, the workers only spoke French, the food was pretty bland. The main room was not at all welcoming, it's like an industrial warehouse. There is no elevator to get to the rooms, we were on the second floor and had to go up with dogs and suitcases and besides, I have a bad knee.
28/04/2026: We spent an overnight stay at this establishment with the Toulouse Harley Davidson chapter. There were 55 of us. We were very satisfied. The meal was excellent; the rooms, as well as the entire hotel, were very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped (good bedding). Furthermore, the location was easily accessible, very quiet, with secure parking; and the staff was very attentive. We had a very pleasant time. We recommend this establishment without hesitation.

26/06/2026: While passing through the historic city center, I popped into Il Cafetino in search of an artisanal ice cream shop, and what an incredible find! This little establishment deserves to be better known, as the welcome is incredibly warm. Upon arrival, a young woman greeted us with a big smile and remarkable kindness, which immediately put us at ease.
The terrace is very pleasant for enjoying the refreshing shade. You can go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!
21/06/2026: A fantastic place! The paninis, salad, and soup are excellent. The homemade desserts are amazing too!!!
And it's really inexpensive. A must-visit whenever we're in Millau.

17/05/2026: We came to eat at this restaurant as a family on our way back from a trip to the south. We stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance, and as the saying goes, sometimes things just work out...
We were greeted by a very smiley and cheerful hostess, a great start. The dishes were beautifully prepared, using fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked. Everything was in place for us to have a wonderful time, which we certainly did!
Thank you for your good humor and joie de vivre; we will definitely return to your welcoming restaurant! 🤗🤗
