We came to the Arcachon Basin for a romantic day out to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we were immediately charmed by this establishment, both inside and out. A warm welcome, impeccable professionalism, excellent cuisine, a simple yet effective menu, spotless cleanliness—in short, everything was perfect. We almost want to keep this address a secret. We came on January 20th for afternoon tea. It was very good, and the waiter who greeted and served us was charming and very friendly. The menu is extensive; you're sure to find something you like.

05/02/2026: A very pleasant stay. Spacious standard room with a balcony and separate toilet. A generous and varied breakfast. The restaurant was excellent, with a menu that changed daily. The aquatic area and thalassotherapy treatments were also of very high quality. The hotel, restaurant, and thalassotherapy staff were very helpful and friendly.
03/02/2026: I've been to all the Thalazur spas, and it was at this one that I had one of the best massages of my life—and I mean it. Their signature massage was simply incredible. I had it with my mother, and we left feeling absolutely blissful. The masseuses were very skilled and lovely. The facilities are clean and modern. 10/10
