Very good bistro. I really liked the decoration. The women's toilet I love the magnificent sink.
Excellent cuisine. Salmon is killer. The children's dish was plentiful, definitely worth it.
The staff was excellent, I really liked the way of communicating, it made me laugh, I'm not used to it.😁
A very pleasant little piece of music. I really liked it. I agree even for the prices it was correct.

A simple menu to enjoy, for example, a lamb hamburger or the fish of the day. Good dishes but a bill that mounts quickly (main course - dessert - glass of wine: €45/pers).

A nice surprise! A welcoming environment and professional service. A simple and effective card. The sirloin was quality. I recommend the cheese cake: delicate, with a real cheese taste without being too sweet. Small downside on the red wine by the glass that comes out of the cubicle..

Fast and quality service. Bristronomy cuisine in sufficient quantity, products from short circuits.
The restaurant has its own vegetable garden and only works with suppliers in the sector.
I highly recommend this very high quality restaurant!

Imperdibile il burger Gaby, ci si toglie un sacco di soddisfazioni. Bistrò rustico e di sostanza. Ottimi anche gli antipasti e discreta l'offerta dei vini.

A restaurant like no other. Behind his Michelin-starred restaurant, chef Jany Gleize provides high-level service in his bistro. He takes the time to come and meet each customer. Attention is also present on the side of the very professional servers. On the plate, fresh products worked with great precision without forgetting the conviviality that reigned in the old kitchen of the chef's grandmother. In short, simple cuisine, oh so efficient and refined, with a touch of originality that makes all the difference. All this for a more than fair price. A fantastic address not far from Sisteron.
