I went to this restaurant and had a very good experience. The service was attentive and pleasant from beginning to end, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
The foie gras was very well prepared, with high-quality ingredients. You could also tell that the fish of the day was fresh and expertly cooked.
Finally, the desserts were excellent: the lavender crème brûlée had a delicate and original flavor, and the chocolate fondant was simply delicious.
A place I highly recommend.

Excellent experience at Bistrot Gaby in Saint-Auban, in the heart of Provence. Warm atmosphere and very pleasant service.
For starters, the foie gras was delicate and melted in your mouth. The smoked salmon main course was perfectly balanced, with a refined taste. And to finish, the lavender crème brûlée was simply delicious, original, and expertly prepared.
Special mention to Mr. David for his exceptional service, always smiling and very professional.
A place to recommend without hesitation!

We didn't really enjoy the meal we were served. Apart from the quiet atmosphere in the dining room because there weren't many of us, nothing was right. The hamburger was mediocre: soggy bun, acidic sauce, tasteless cheese, reheated baby potatoes, and the crumble was more like a cream with overcooked apples. Sorry, but we were very disappointed with this romantic meal...

We are regular customers of this establishment. Generally, we are quite satisfied with the service and the food. I am a fan of good fish. We came for lunch on January 1st, and what a disappointment it was! I was cold throughout the entire meal, which is very unpleasant when you're eating in the cold. And yet, the restaurant was quite busy; it could have made the dining room feel warmer. Now, let's talk about the food: the salmon was very good, simply presented, but tasty. The prawn ravioli was very dense, giving it a mushy taste, and was served lukewarm but cold inside. Furthermore, I wonder where the prawn was. The next course was a small veal tournedos served on a bed of mashed potatoes with a mustard sauce on the side. I didn't like the sauce at all, and in fact, I left it on the edge of my plate. As for the dessert, I won't even mention it; it was a huge disappointment. We found it so sickening that we only managed two bites and left everything else. And now, let's talk about the bill. Of course, we knew the set menus were €48 per person, but when we arrived, I paid €98, and the worst part is, I didn't even realize it right away. Not only did we not eat well, but we were also ripped off. It's not the extra €2 they charged us, but the way they handled it, especially since the bill was printed on the computer, making it impossible to make a mistake. I find it very unfortunate because I used to enjoy coming to this place. Restaurants these days are increasingly disappointing.
