A restaurant owner who listens to his customers' needs. They understand people with food allergies and find alternative menu options, and the Alsatian pot-au-feu is delicious. The vacherin is excellent, and the tarte flambée is superb. A restaurant to recommend. And the owners are very friendly. Places like this are becoming rare, which is a shame. We'll be back when we're in the area.
