What a joy to rediscover this little village hotel and restaurant! The rooms are completely renovated.
The dining room is very pretty, the food is excellent, and the Alexandre family is very friendly—mother, father, son, and daughter. A true family story.

On Easter Sunday, we had a wonderful lunch at Moulin d'Alexandre.

I don't know what to say, how to say it, or with what words. The setting is magnificent. The owner, her husband, son, and daughter are delightful. If kindness, savoir-vivre, and savoir-vivre had a face, it was definitely them. Let's talk about the food. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything is excellent. A word of caution ⚠️: the cutlery and plates are not edible 😉😁. If you love to eat, take the time to savor life, and let your taste buds travel, don't hesitate. We received a wonderful welcome; we were able to book an hour in advance for nine people, and they very kindly agreed to take us! They offered two superb set menus with plenty of choice and specialties. The cheese soup and truffade were delicious, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The owner was incredibly kind, and we even had time to chat a bit. In short, we had a fantastic time and the food was excellent. Thank you, and see you soon in the Var region!
