We ordered several sandwiches and pastries: everything was excellent and high quality. The service was also perfect—friendly, helpful, and full of humor.
The bakery itself is also very beautiful.

Went here because it was reccomended but unfortunately i was disappointed :( i bought chocolatine and there was barely any chocolate in it. Just a small thin stripe of chocolate… they had other pastries that looked nice tho and service was nice

Several disappointments in recent months regarding the quality of the bread and some pastries. I feel the quality has declined.
As for the service, it's the same story, only worse.

I go there often, too often even; the staff turnover is high, the products are good but inconsistent, and it's best to come outside of lunchtime hours, otherwise be prepared for a long queue.

Beautiful pastries at a good price, very pleasant customer service manager, coffee coming out of a machine at €3.50 is a rip-off... In London as a student I was a barista on a Lavazza machine right in the centre, I took several courses on coffee, we bought luxury coffee, product manager, I had to do latte art and all that stupid stuff... £2.50.
