au petit chabichou sur Clermont-Ferrand

It was perfect. The meat was exceptional, cooked exactly to my liking. I had the hanger steak and parsleyed veal liver combo. It was delicious. The atmosphere was great, just the way everyone likes it. The owner, the staff, and the cooks were all excellent. Go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed. I also had a fantastic homemade tiramisu that was absolutely divine, and a very good St. Nicolas de Bourgueil red wine.

The welcome and service were not the warmest...

Great bistro, excellent homemade meat dish. The duo is worth it 😁 generous portion ❤️ We had a lovely time as a couple, enjoying a good wine. We'll be back 😁
