A wonderful discovery in the heart of Romans-sur-Isère! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal: both the steak tartare and the linguine with prawns were delicious, generous portions, and expertly prepared, as were the desserts. Excellent service made the meal a truly enjoyable experience. A fantastic restaurant, as delightful for its cuisine as for its prime location in the city center. We will definitely be back.

A great stop during our visit to the region. A wide selection of wines, and we enjoyed a good meal. Even in the middle of August, the staff were very responsive despite the rush.

A fantastic restaurant in Romans where the food is delicious. What's more, the staff are incredibly kind to both adults and children. They offer excellent advice on choosing dishes. I highly recommend it; you can go without hesitation! Thanks again to the whole team for a wonderful evening.

A very good family restaurant, not to be missed if you're in Romans. A well-deserved 5 stars. As with all our reviews, we only give 5 stars if the food is truly excellent and the service and atmosphere are top-notch, and this was the case here. Thank you. (Roasted artichokes, grilled octopus, tiramisu)

06/09/2026: Discovered on a Sunday opening day at Marques Avenue in Romans-sur-Isère, we had lunch at Le Chanoine with an excellent chuck roast that was a welcome change from the usual duck breast, salmon, and butcher's cut, along with simple yet delicious homemade desserts. The service was quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. We'll be back.
04/08/2026: We ate there on numerous occasions during a construction project; the food was always fresh, and the service was efficient.

09/09/2026: Hello, I stopped by La Fabrique this morning with my son, who was feeling a bit peckish, and I received a very warm welcome, which is becoming rare these days. There were two other customers sitting inside, and everyone was chatting happily; it was a little oasis of warmth in the middle of an ocean of gloom. A very good first impression. Then I saw the pastry display; everything looked tempting—beautiful, shiny, and voluminous, making my mouth water. I opted for the pain aux raisins, my guilty pleasure… a real treat: crispy, not too creamy or too rich, generously filled with raisins, the perfect balance… and a raspberry croissant caught my eye. I'm not usually a big fan of filled croissants, but this one was so beautiful that I couldn't resist… an explosion of sunshine in my mouth! A generous amount of raspberry coulis inside. As delicious as it was beautiful! In short, as someone who never eats breakfast, I consumed enough calories for at least 10 days, but no regrets, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I promised to leave a review (something I rarely do)... a promise is a promise. A huge congratulations and a big thank you for this wonderful taste of bliss! And please keep being as welcoming as you are; that's pure joy too. Thank you!
