After a long drive without finding a restaurant along the way, especially on a Monday, we stopped at this little restaurant where we had a wonderful meal served by a friendly person. A delicious gourmet meal at a reasonable price. An unforgettable experience.

During a recent gastronomic getaway, we chose the charming little Relais de Coligny. The welcome was warm and friendly, the decor understated yet with a "wow" factor. A chilled velouté of asparagus, celery, and feta greeted us as an amuse-bouche; I must say it was a delightful, fresh, and original touch, and truly delicious. For starters, I ordered Burgundy snails, and my companion ordered duck foie gras, sharing the two: the snails were tender, with garlic and fresh parsley, and served with high-quality butter—a real treat. The foie gras, with a few very thin and discreet slices of duck breast, was pure perfection; I applaud the originality and quality of the ingredients. The Bresse chicken with its Vin Jaune sauce was exquisite, the Arctic char fillet cooked to perfection with a light and very tasty Nantua sauce, and I particularly enjoyed the roasted asparagus, but especially the samphire risotto. The dessert: I'm speechless when it comes to panna cotta, which I particularly love, but the one at Le Petit Relais is worth the trip! Smooth and creamy, with pieces of fresh peach, a coulis that's neither too acidic nor too sweet, and little mint leaves plucked from the chef's garden, I was completely won over by this dessert. Special mention goes to the change of cutlery between courses, as well as the fish spoon—a small detail for some, but important to me. We also enjoyed the marshmallows and small biscuits that accompanied our coffee, "homemade by the village baker," where, clearly, a "marshmallow" stop is essential before hitting the road again. A big thank you to Le Petit Relais for this culinary experience, which will remain a very fond memory; I highly recommend it.

A beautiful, family-run restaurant. We received a very warm welcome and were shown to our table in the fully booked room (we had made a reservation). We opted for the set menu and were not disappointed: pretty much every imaginable ingredient was on offer and prepared to perfection. There was asparagus, lobster, prawns, tuna, Arctic char, and veal. Beautifully presented, generous portions. The dessert was also wonderful. It's also worth mentioning that we were delayed because we had unsuccessfully searched for a charging station in town. Fortunately, the restaurant also offers charging facilities. You can even request this when making your reservation (we now know this). All in all, it was a delightful experience.

A wonderful discovery. The restaurant is very discreet from the outside, but as soon as you step inside, you gradually discover a beautifully and thoughtfully decorated space. The alcove showcases its wine cellar, and you are warmly welcomed and invited into the tastefully decorated dining room with comfortable furnishings. The menu lived up to our expectations from the appetizers to the dessert, including the cheese and amuse-bouches. It deserves a 5/5 in my opinion.

Excellent restaurant in a very intimate atmosphere. The dishes are prepared with high-quality ingredients and served on beautiful plates. We had a wonderful time; it's a shame we didn't get to see the chef to congratulate him. This is our second visit, and certainly not our last. Kudos also to the lady who manages the service.

We were lucky enough to discover this restaurant thanks to the owner of the house we rented (Lovespa Suite), which we also highly recommend. This restaurant was a culinary discovery. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was simply perfect. The dishes allowed us to travel and experience a wealth of flavors. A huge thank you, we will definitely be back. A very warm host with a little surprise for our anniversary – thank you again! ❤️

Simply remarkable, excellent dishes, sauces, and soups; a superbly arranged menu.

Mixed feelings, some good, some not so good. Based on the positive reviews, we decided to try Le Petit Relais in Coligny. We received a very warm and friendly welcome, and the intimate setting was pleasant. The two-course menu featured a variety of tasty amuse-bouches; followed by a very good lobster salad, then Bresse chicken. The champagne sauce was excellent, but the portion was too small and tough, difficult to separate from the thigh or carcass bones, which was frustrating... a good piece of white wine would have been welcome. The fromage blanc was excellent, but the dessert was a disappointment: pears poached in wine that were far too firm, with an enormous amount of ice cream that didn't complement the main course. Therefore, there was a lack of consistency for a restaurant with a "gastronomic" reputation and excessive prices. We hope our feedback will be constructive for a future visit.

This restaurant is wonderful; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Everything is homemade, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the wine list is impressive. I highly recommend it!
