Au Piment du Centre sur Paris

The food was stellar! We ordered 3 dishes and had way too much food for 2 people. Level 2 spice was good for our European palate. This is my second visit and they stayed as good as I remember.

Hello, The place is admittedly a bit small, but the welcome is pleasant, and I love the playlists chosen by the server. If you're worried about chili, ask for it without chili or level 1. If you don't eat spicy food, your nose will run, but it's nowhere near hot level 1. For a starter, try the cucumber salad with vinegar (simple and nice); it goes well with a bowl of rice. I love the dumplings, BUT I wouldn't recommend them for those who aren't used to chili... I think they're level 2, otherwise they're delicious. The eggplant dish has a very sweet, not spicy, flavor, but one dish is plenty for two or three people. Order it alongside other dishes. Try it, ask, and you'll be delighted. There are Chinese stools; if that doesn't suit you, there are seats along the walls. Unless you have a physical condition or are slightly overweight, the stools are perfectly functional. I recommend the establishment.

Delicious Sichuan food. We ordered cold noodles and Kung Pao chicken. We really enjoyed it.

I really like it and I'd like to give it a better rating, but I can't because it was the maximum, so I gave it the highest I could ❤️🥰🥇🏆
