After visiting the puppy show in Colmar, my wife and I decided to eat at a restaurant, so we chose this one!
We were very surprised by the quality of the food and service. The portions were more than we expected. Don't expect to leave feeling like you're eating McDonald's; you'll be full until the next day, no worries! We each ordered a small salad as a starter (warm goat cheese for my wife, and a wine salad for me). When the starters arrived, we were surprised by their excellence from the very first bite. And let's not even talk about the main course, which was a real treat! As cordon bleu lovers, we absolutely loved it!

Initially, we chose this restaurant by default, but it turned out to be a fantastic discovery. Don't be put off by the negative reviews. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the service is professional and pleasant, and the dishes are delicious, authentic, and reasonably priced considering the quality offered by the team. If you're looking for a great restaurant near Colmar, don't hesitate to give it a try.

We ate at this restaurant on the first Saturday of the Christmas Market. The short trip was definitely worth it. We enjoyed a delicious meal in an Alsatian atmosphere, surrounded by vineyards. The traditional cuisine was high-quality and generous.

We came on a whim and read the reviews after ordering; most seemed disappointed and surprised by the unfriendly attitude of the servers…
Our experience proved the opposite: homemade dishes, perfectly cooked duck, a generous and flavorful salad, and a lemon meringue pie just as you'd imagine it. The service was quick, certainly, but straightforward, with helpful and efficient advice from the servers. Ultimately, we couldn't ask for more.

The welcome and seating were perfect, the waitress was very attentive, and we were quickly immersed in the family atmosphere. The recommended wines were delicious, and the food was excellent and plentiful!
In our opinion, this restaurant is very underrated. We wish you many more years of success.
