A real treat! Fresh juices, excellent crepes and galettes—in short, we had a wonderful time!! Go for it!!!

Excellent service, smiles, and a great atmosphere behind the counter that rubs off on the customers. Very good, well-made products and new items throughout the seasons. I find it hard to understand some of the comments; some people clearly don't have time to wait 20 minutes during their holidays… I recommend it 100%, you can go there without hesitation!

Once you go, you'll want to go back! There's a little crêpe corner in the lobby, and the galettes and crêpes are both delicious and large enough to fill you up at lunchtime! A good selection of ingredients is available for the galettes, and you'll find all the "basic" crêpes. In short, we highly recommend it (plus, the espresso is good too).

Inside the Les Halles market in Biarritz, amidst a multitude of food stalls, we stumbled upon this little gem. You can eat sitting at the counter, watching the cook skillfully prepare crepes and galettes, or outside the market where there are a few tables. We opted for the counter, and although it was busy at first, a spot soon became available. We tried galettes, which we hadn't tried before, and we loved them—a kind of flatbread with various fillings that's prepared and eaten fresh. For dessert, we had some delicious traditional crepes, also with a variety to choose from, and our favorite was the Nutella crepe. It was a real find, discovered by chance, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We've been regulars for a while now... here's our review! The smiles of the three ladies are a real pleasure. A winning team can only succeed, and that's the case here... go without hesitation! The variety of galettes is very good... they're soft and made with very fresh ingredients. The atmosphere in the halls is something to experience. The small tables outside are always packed... to enjoy their galettes and other crêpes. In short, well done, and see you very soon! M&M

Great galette and crepe with some really high quality interesting toppings. The truffle ham in particular was delicious. The owner and people working there are friendly and super helpful.
