Dinner on Friday, April 24th. A warm and friendly welcome from Thomas. We were so glad we had the foresight to reserve a table on the terrace the day before! We enjoyed a delicious roasted Camembert as a starter and then shared a very good and generous rib of beef. We paired it with a good wine, excellent value for money, followed by a digestif, which was kindly offered to me on the house. Thank you to the team for this lovely time! ❤️

What a pleasant surprise! We had originally planned to eat at the market, but we changed our minds, and it was the right choice! Mica and Marie went out of their way to ensure we were treated like VIPs, just like the hundred or so other customers around us! Bravo! The whole team is excellent, and on top of that, we had a wonderful meal! So, well done to the kitchen staff, and this is definitely the place to go in Biarritz! True to its name, it is a true market bar. Although it is not inside the market, we find it right on the street next door. The menu is hung up by hand on a blackboard. We were lucky to arrive in time to sit at the high table where we could fit 6 people. We had a shared chistorra to start and it was brought to us in small pieces accompanied by mustard. A curious combination, for those of us who are used to Navarrese food. Powerful mustard, by the way. And then we ordered unique dishes, including a star dish: the tagliatelle with squid. Very good. The carpaccio or steak was also good, like a thick hamburger. The salad was very complete. And for dessert, a couple of very authentic tiramisu. The place has its charm, with a certain vintage decoration. And the service, very friendly and attentive. Maybe a little slow in bringing the dishes, but it seems that they were busy. The price is correct, considering that you can order a single dish and something to share. We paid €22.8 per person.

We went for dinner and the food was quite good. We recommend the baby squid, the snails, and the frog legs. The only downside was the noise. It's more of a place for drinks and tapas with friends than a family dinner.
