Au P'tit sur Saint-Malo

We wanted mussels and fries, and they were excellent. Our daughter had a burger, which was also very good. For five people, with drinks and two desserts, it came to less than €100, which I think is very reasonable.

August 2, 2026, an excellent time to enjoy quality mussels, but not only that... Today's dish of the day was a delicious fillet of sea bream, perfectly cooked with steamed potatoes flavored with a very subtle pepper.

Excellent mussels restaurant, very well prepared. Friendly and smiling service. I recommend it.

Good value for money. We enjoyed the mussels Provençal and with chorizo, which were delicious. The fries were amazing, and that's coming from a Belgian! 😁 A very good place.

If you're in Saint-Malo and looking for an authentic experience, Au Bouchot is a must-visit. Located in a prime spot, right in the heart of the historic city walls. As the name suggests, they specialize in mussels, and their reputation is well-deserved. We tried the mussels in béchamel sauce: they were cooked to perfection, and the quality was undeniable—fresh, flavorful, and plump. The service was attentive and prompt.
