Au Relais d'Alsace Restaurant sur Rouffach

We went to the restaurant in the evening, it was absolutely delicious and the service was superb, very pleasant, calm and in a magnificent setting, we will definitely be back, thank you!

Stayed in December. The value for money is decent, without being exceptional. At this price, it's acceptable mainly because it was the Christmas holiday period and we were in Alsace; out of season, I probably wouldn't have chosen this type of establishment at this price. When paying, a small error was noticed on the bill: breakfasts had been charged even though we had agreed not to include them. However, the refund was processed without any problems, so no issues there. The welcome was pleasant and professional. We will certainly return, mainly because of its proximity to the places we wanted to visit.

Nice hotel, excellent service. The food in the restaurant delighted me every evening. The menu is concise but varied.

Twin room (no. 5): Insufficient sound and thermal insulation. Uncomfortable room: beds only 80 cm wide, heating system unsuitable for the room's layout (cold effect from the bay window and poorly insulated walls, poor seals around the entrance door). Noise disturbances due to the proximity of the highway, early morning deliveries (6:30 am) from the bar/restaurant, and parking in front of the rooms. Bathroom heating: out of order. 3-star rating: unjustified given the lack of comfort. Poor value for money.
