A truly excellent establishment. This is our third meal at Remais Louis Blanc, and the dishes are of high quality for a reasonable price. The servers are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for quality French cuisine at an affordable price.

Excellent value for money for the lunch menu. Generous and delicious. Friendly and energetic waiters and waitresses. Cozy atmosphere. The meal was a bit long for a weekday lunch (2 hours), but that might be because we hadn't booked. A nice little gesture of goodwill was appreciated. A bit noisy too.

17/04/2026: Having been to Toulouse regularly, Hyppotamus has become our go-to lunch spot. We received a very warm welcome the first time and were very satisfied with the food, so we return with complete confidence. A very warm welcome and quality cuisine are once again guaranteed!
