I'll give you my opinion, not on behalf of the group I was part of. Slight disappointment. I know the restaurant is located in the middle of the countryside, however, the three wet dogs wandering around the tables (along with the smell) might be part of the local tradition, but for me, it's a no-go; it's unacceptable in a restaurant. The desserts were sitting in the kitchen, uncovered, with flies taking full advantage... I liked the Garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew), perhaps too spicy (chili or pepper) for some. The confit was good but a bit dry, the gratin dauphinois was okay, and the crème brûlée was good, though I'm not sure it was homemade. Otherwise, the service was good, and the prices were reasonable for this type of restaurant. I recommend this place; with a few adjustments, it would be a good alternative to the Relais d'Aydie, which has closed permanently. We will return.
