My friends and I had a wonderful evening at the restaurant Au Rez-de-Chaussée. From the non-alcoholic cocktail, prepared according to the waiter's evidently excellent mood—and which was delicious, by the way—to the dessert, everything was perfect. The appetizer, main course, and dessert were all flavorful, with perfectly executed cooking and a beautiful balance of tastes. The wine paired very well with the meat. In short, a truly wonderful experience and an evening we will definitely repeat!
