The confit duck was delicious and perfectly complemented the French-style architecture outside. It was one of the best French dishes I've ever had. The owner was from China and was very friendly. It's a must-visit restaurant when you come to Versailles.

We ate at this brasserie with three children (ages 13, 10, and 5). The location is convenient, near the castle, and the service was adequate. The menu offers a varied selection that can feed the whole family, and the dishes are perfectly adequate for a quick meal. Note that there is no set menu in the evening.

I can’t describe how incredible this meal was. We started with escargot, which were soft and flavorful, then I had sea bass that was grilled to perfection with a beautiful ratatouille on the side. We ended with espresso and the best crème brûlée we’ve had the whole trip. David, our server, was funny and kind and the whole atmosphere was lovely. I would absolutely recommend a meal here.

David was such a gracious host to the best meal I’ve had in my life. The escargot is cooked and flavored perfectly. The duck confit is unctuous in the best way possible. We finished with the best crème brûlée I’ve ever had and an espresso to sit in the splendor of, and I cannot say this more enthusiastically, ONE OF THE BEST MEALS OF MY LIFE.

30/06/2026: I stayed here for the grand masked Ball at Versailles and it was a fantastic choice. A lot of other hotels were having issues with AC not actually cooling the rooms during the record heat wave, but our room was ice cold and very comfortable. Short four minute walk to the front gates of Versailles, very friendly staff, and a beautiful hotel overall. If you’re looking for good service, convenience, and great AC, I would recommend this hotel.
29/05/2026: I had a wonderful stay at Le Louis Versailles. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, which made it such a relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we wanted to see in Versailles. The breakfast was excellent each morning and was the perfect way to start the day. A special thank you to Viorica at the front desk, who was so kind and incredibly helpful at checkin. I would absolutely recommend Le Louis to anyone visiting Versailles.
