Kan Ichi sur Versailles

A truly unique and intimate experience, offering a glimpse into high-end Japanese cuisine. The chef's explanations and the service from the waitress were impeccable; everything was perfect.

Great restaurant! The welcome is very warm and the quality is excellent! The service between courses is a little slow. But it's a perfect place to eat delicious Japanese food. I recommend it.

Excellent. You shouldn't be in a hurry, but that's the trade-off for home cooking.

Excellent from beginning to end

An authentic restaurant with exceptional Japanese cuisine. We loved it. Thank you for your warm welcome and kindness. See you soon.

This restaurant is one of those very rare places that truly deserves a 5/5 rating. Everything is impeccable: attentive and flawless service, exquisitely refined cuisine, perfectly balanced flavors, and meticulous attention to detail. The ingredients used are of remarkable quality, which justifies the price. In return, the portions are generous, the dishes are hearty, and perfectly balanced. We had lunch there as a family of three, each choosing a different set menu. Every dish was harmonious, carefully prepared, and flawlessly executed; there was absolutely nothing to criticize. An exceptional culinary experience and a truly memorable moment shared with others. We will cherish the memory and will return with great pleasure.
