29/08/2026: A truly wonderful discovery. Here, there's no menu revealed in advance: you let yourself be guided and discover. And what a discovery it was! Four exceptional courses, all of outstanding quality, with a real focus on flavor combinations and pairings. Special mention goes to the wine pairings, which complement each dish perfectly. But what makes the experience particularly enjoyable is the concept championed by the chef himself, who also manages the service and wine selection. Attentive, passionate, and generous in sharing his knowledge, he takes the time to explain and introduce us to his world. An experience that is at once gastronomic, convivial, and full of surprises. You leave with the feeling of having not only eaten very well, but also of having shared a truly special moment. A huge thank you!

24/08/2026: Disappointed! The surprise menu concept and the organic produce from local farmers promised a wonderful culinary experience. While the four courses were certainly well-prepared, the sauces and the presentation lacked flair, especially the sauces: a crumble, a tuile... would have enhanced the starter and dessert. The whole experience lacked generosity: an amuse-bouche and a small accompaniment with the coffee would have been appreciated. Details make all the difference.
