"I will be your chef, your server, and your sommelier." It's wonderful, like having a private chef. You take your time (allow 3 to 4 hours on site), and you savor the dishes as they are served, with surprising yet effective wine pairings. The constant interaction with the chef makes it a unique and very interesting dining experience.

In the very inviting atmosphere, every guest is warmly welcomed and treated with respect. An intimate restaurant in a typical old Alsatian house. Only a few tables, reservations are essential. The chef is in the kitchen, manages the dining room, and oversees the wine service.

The food is excellent, even though there are no choices. Lionel is the chef, waiter, and sommelier all rolled into one. It's admirable how he manages his five tables and the food so well. The room is nicely furnished, but there are two steep and narrow staircases: I recommend packing light! The rooms don't have balconies, so you have to go downstairs to smoke. It's certainly manageable for an overnight stay. Lieber and Cecile are very friendly and accommodating!

Today was our first time at this fantastic restaurant. We enjoyed a wonderfully delicious menu accompanied by exquisite wines. A true discovery! The chef cooks, serves, and guides us perfectly through this refined menu. We will definitely be back. The ambiance is cozy and the decor is particularly beautiful.
