I booked for my partner's birthday; he's a chef specializing in fine dining. We received a very warm welcome; the waiter and the owners were incredibly friendly. We ordered two appetizers: crispy prawns and swordfish crudo. We also had two main courses: octopus, their signature dish, and "weeping tiger" (a type of fish stew), and two desserts: a soft cake and French toast, tiramisu-style, to try a little bit of everything. The portions were very generous, but above all, we were blown away by the clever blending of flavors using seasonal ingredients. We'll be back very soon to try their new menu ❤️

The crying tiger...a delight!!!

We were looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate our one-year anniversary and stumbled upon Le Sommelier du Château. We enjoyed it so much that we went back the very next day. An absolutely incredible experience at Le Sommelier du Château in Fontainebleau!! From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a very cool, warm, and friendly atmosphere. The welcome was simply excellent, with a team that took great care of us from beginning to end. The servers were attentive, available, and truly listened to our needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious 😍, with perfectly balanced flavors and elegant presentation. A true feast for the eyes and the palate! But above all, a special mention goes to the restaurant manager: a super friendly and passionate person with whom we had a wonderful encounter. It's rare to meet such genuine and kind people, and it made the experience even more memorable. A favorite spot that we wholeheartedly recommend. Can't wait to go back ✨ Océane and Quentin
