Au Tigre sur Dalhunden

A wonderful discovery; I'd often heard about it, and the opportunity arose to form my own opinion. I found many hallmarks of a fine dining establishment: a sommelier-waitress, a simple yet refined decor, an amuse-bouche, a mini dessert with coffee, and elegant plating, although I'm not a fan of the little flowers on the mash. My choices lived up to my expectations. The menu is limited: 3 starters + 1 suggestion (my choice was scallops on asparagus tips), 1 fish dish, 3 meat dishes including kidneys + 1 suggestion (my choice was the beef). Apparently, the daily special is just as good.

The servers were very friendly, and thank you to the hostess at the bar for the sweets. It was a real pleasure to come to Le Tigre. Don't change a thing!

The food was on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant, everything was perfect.

The food is very good, the lunch menu is excellent value for money – 10 stars. Only the drinks are too expensive.
