A wonderful discovery! We started with the snails, which were excellent and presented in a unique way in small snail-shaped molds 🐌. For our main course, we chose the suggested dish: the hanger steak. The meat was superb, cooked to perfection, and the shallot sauce was absolutely delicious! 🥩 A big thank you also to the owner who served us: she was very pleasant, smiling, and attentive. The service was truly top-notch from beginning to end. The price was very reasonable: €138 for three people, including starter, main course, dessert, aperitif, and wine... We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! 😊

Passing through Moselle, it was very difficult to find a restaurant open on a Tuesday. We stopped here, 10 minutes from the Moselle River: a good restaurant with an unusual setting. The food and the price were more than reasonable, the person at the bar was friendly, and the waitress was very professional. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your waitress regarding her pastry qualification and her future plans. If you're ever near Eschau, I hope to see you at my place, La Trattoria del Amore.
