A very good bouchon if you like meat. The restaurant is a one-man show. Very well organized and friendly. A small, good wine selection at fair prices!

Very good quality local and traditional cuisine. The owner welcomes, cooks and serves. He is extremely warm and attentive. The only downside is that you shouldn't be in too much of a hurry... and even then, I don't know, he may be quite capable of handling this kind of situation. We had time so no inconvenience for us

Small, friendly restaurant in "Bouillon" style. Basic but very good dishes and affordable prices. The only downside is that you have to anticipate your arrival and not have a stopwatch in hand because even if the service is not slow, the chef also acts as maître d'hôtel. RAS

A wonderful experience at Tire-Bouchon! The owner, Bernard, is exceptionally attentive, always taking great care of his customers. We were won over by the quality of the cuisine: delicious dishes, carefully prepared, and a warm atmosphere that immediately puts us at ease. My wife and I recommend this restaurant without hesitation—a real favorite!

Le BLC - Bistrot La Cozanne

03/09/2024: Excellent address in Nolay, one of the best restaurants where we dined in Burgundy. Meurette Eggs and Crispy Snails as a starter, tender veal rice and excellent semi-cooked tuna and a very fine dessert: Revisited nectarine Pavlova. All at a very reasonable price and wines by the glass at a reasonable price too. Bravo to the charming couple who manage everything, Mr. in the kitchen and Mrs. in the dining room.
30/08/2024: Superb experience, nice discovery, a menu rich in flavors, and a very nice wine list.
