Don't hesitate to stop by "Au Tire Bouchon." A warm welcome, family-style cooking. The self-service steak tartare is a nice touch, and the menu arrives with all the little containers. Excellent hand-cut meat. Delicious Haute Côte de Beaune white wine at a very reasonable price. Thank you all.

My partner and I ate at this restaurant and had a wonderful time. A huge thank you to the owner, who is just as talented in the dining room as he is in the kitchen. He is a genuinely kind and generous person, a feeling that is palpable from the moment you arrive. He greets his customers with a smile, takes the time to chat, and puts his heart and soul into everything he does. The dishes were excellent, prepared with care and a great deal of passion. It's rare to meet such authentic and caring people. We left with full stomachs, but most importantly, with smiles on our faces. Thank you for your warm welcome and good cheer. We will definitely be back and recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
