A truly wonderful discovery! We came with six friends and had a fantastic time at Le Tire-Bouchon. Here, you take the time to live, to chat, to eat well, and above all, to enjoy yourself. And it feels so good! 😄 Nanard delighted us from start to finish. He's the kind of owner you rarely see: he single-handedly manages both the service and the cooking, with a simplicity and generosity that make the experience truly unique. You almost feel like you're at a friend's house. The dishes are simple, unpretentious, but oh so delicious and flavorful! The wines are also excellent, with very reasonable prices. In short, a rare, authentic, and welcoming place, where you come as much for the food as for the time spent around the table. Thank you, Nanard, for this wonderful time! Don't hesitate to stop by "Au Tire Bouchon." A warm welcome, family-style cooking. The self-service steak tartare is a nice touch, and the menu arrives with all the little containers. Excellent hand-cut meat. Delicious Haute Côte de Beaune white wine at a very reasonable price. Thank you all.

He is a genuinely kind and generous person, a feeling that is palpable from the moment you arrive. He greets his customers with a smile, takes the time to chat, and puts his heart and soul into everything he does. The dishes were excellent, prepared with care and a great deal of passion. It's rare to meet such authentic and caring people. We left with full stomachs, but most importantly, with smiles on our faces. Thank you for your warm welcome and good cheer.
