Warm welcome and very helpful staff. We ordered a scallop gratin, a veal head, a steak and a hamburger, the service was fast and the dishes excellent. We highly recommend this address to those passing through Villers-Bocage!

Simple, it doesn't look like much but a stop is necessary. warm welcome, excellent cuisine, perfect service, and very affordable prices.

On the way back from Le Mont Saint-Michel we quickly looked for a place to eat with our family (4 teenagers). So we actually ended up here by chance. Also a bit too early: they don't open until 7:00 PM and the staff was still eating themselves. Nevertheless, we were greeted kindly and asked to wait a little longer. No problem (we did look for a geocache nearby). Once back we were very well served by extremely friendly and... English speaking Zack. We had to translate the map, so it took a while before we could order, but that was No problem. Zack remained patient and friendly. The dishes were sublime! Mainly the Marmite the pétoncles gratinée and Cassolette St. Jacques are recommended! Zack suggested a nice white wine, which makes the marmite taste wonderful made it come true. Normally I like to go looking for new locations, but here I want one make an exception: When we get back in are in the area, we will be back! PS: Judging from older photos, the menu hasn't changed in the last four or more years, just gotten a bit more expensive. Considering the quality, I understand that choice: don't change a winning team!

Thank you for the experience. Plenty of room for our large family. Service was quick and the patients even bigger. We were trying our best in French and our waiter our best in English. The food was excellent! Very tasty and I trust all (well maybe not the gaspacho) were local delicacies. The andouilette grillée was super! If we are ever near here again, we will surely visit again. I highly recommend it to tourists, the staff are very welcoming.
