We ate at Le Tire-Bouchon in Strasbourg twice, and each time we were pleasantly surprised! 😍 The food is absolutely delicious, with flavorful dishes that awaken the taste buds and provide a real treat. 🤤 A true delight! The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, and the staff is top-notch: the waiters and waitresses are very pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. It's the kind of place you enjoy returning to, both for the quality of the food and for the atmosphere and the service. 15/10/2026: I visited Strasbourg because I heard that a dish called CHOUCROUTE is famous there, and it is a flavor that meat lovers would enjoy. Although I couldn't get used to the pickled onions due to their distinctive sour taste no matter how much I ate, the various meats stood out with their own distinct flavors, free from any gamey odor. I also tried BAECKEOFFE, a traditional local dish, but it had such a strong, distinctive aroma that even I, who am sensitive to meaty smells, found it difficult to eat. Since it is such a famous place, there is a high chance it will be full if you visit during peak meal times.
