An unforgettable weekend in this charming hotel, in a pretty village a few kilometers from Colmar, surrounded by vineyards, in a peaceful, secluded location (the village is at the end of a cul-de-sac). The owners are delightful, always attentive to their guests (many of whom are regulars). The room was spotlessly clean and functional. As for the food, all the dishes are prepared with high-quality, seasonal, local produce. The portions are very generous and beautifully presented. The lovely staff reflects the owners: the husband and son are the chefs of the restaurant, while the wife manages everything else (a firm hand in a velvet glove 😄). A huge thank you for this wonderful experience.

The food was incredible, and the servers were just as good. Honestly, I've been back twice in several years and I'm never disappointed to see the same faces and such delicious dishes.

Excellent place, the staff is lovely, and the owners are incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful meal, of a quality that's hard to find these days. We are regulars at this wonderful restaurant and love the food and the hospitality here in Katzenthal. It's always a highlight when we're in Alsace to enjoy the fantastic food here.

We only tried the restaurant. The place is typically Alsatian; we had the "Inspiration" menu with wine pairings. Our waiter was very attentive, and the meal was delicious from start to finish.

Besides being stunningly beautiful, the owner is incredibly kind. Every little detail is considered. Every little thing is thought out. The service, the food—everything was perfect.
