The "real deal": a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a delicious pan-fried cuttlefish, a truly flavorful fish soup with just the right amount of richness (hahaha), generous and tasty cannelloni, and to finish, THE house fiadone. Regulars here, the restaurant was packed on a Wednesday evening in November, requiring a second seating. What a success for the Comelli family, who also introduced the circus to Corsica! Bravo, bravo, and thank you for this wonderful experience, blessed by the Virgin Mary!

Visited mid-September 2025. A great place to dine. The food is delicious, the service is efficient and friendly, and the setting is beautifully designed. Reservations recommended!

We travel to Corsica every year, and we regularly eat at Simon's. The welcome is very warm. The food is excellent. You can go there with your eyes closed.

The waiters were excellent, they made an exception for the dish to satisfy me. The local cuisine was DELICIOUS 🤤. The Ajaccio-style octopus was delicious, as was the pasta with clams 🥰 A place not to be missed if you're in Ajaccio or the surrounding area.

While on vacation in Ajaccio, I was recommended this establishment. I am absolutely not disappointed! The welcome was great and I ate only LOCAL whatever I wanted, I am delighted! The service is top notch and the dishes are gourmet and delicious. A real treat, I highly recommend the Ajaccio inn!

Cuisine with regional products. It's good but a little expensive, 30€/person for a grilled tentacle with some vegetables... Quality yes, quantity meh... Too bad!!!
