13/10/2026: Excellent experience this evening! We ordered the sharing platter (beef, fish, chicken carpaccio, and burrata), which was very well cooked and beautifully presented. The chef and server were very friendly. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend it for a superb culinary experience. They also have a nice wine selection and customizable cocktails in addition to those on the menu. In short, this place is more than worth a visit!

13/10/2026: For those who love charcuterie and cheese with a small glass of red wine, all made with local products, it's a real treat. The welcome is very friendly, and I highly recommend this unique little spot in town. A must-try, and worth repeating.

A smooth, flavorful sauce, perfectly seasoned and bursting with taste, without all that liquid at the bottom of the plate. A real treat! 🦪👌 The welcome was also very warm and friendly, and the restaurant has a lovely, pleasant, and inviting atmosphere. A fantastic find! The three of us will definitely be back next year! I highly recommend it.

We came in 2021, and I have such exceptional memories of it that it was the first restaurant I wanted to return to upon coming back to Ajaccio, and it was even better than I remembered. So much so that we went twice. Even the children's menu is incredible; all the dishes are exceptional, without a doubt. The welcome is warm and pleasant. And if I have the chance to return to Ajaccio, Via Roma will be my first destination. Thank you again to everyone.

Every dish was perfectly balanced in flavor and presented with meticulous attention to detail – true haute cuisine. The wine pairings were perfectly matched to the menu and wonderfully complemented the culinary experience. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates exceptional food. We will definitely be back!

31/07/2026: A very offhand service that seems tourist hardened but not mean-spirited. We chose the smaller menu. It started with a slice of what we were told was “raw fish” that was snapper-like, accompanied by a tiny bit of pickled baby vegetables that were insufficient to mask the fish’s lack of freshness. The next course turned out to be a “wagyu pastrami” which was a salty, lean slice of beef with a pleasant flavor accompanied by coleslaw and Russian dressing. The lamb was a real waste of a gorgeous LITTLE ( perhaps 60 gr) piece of young lamb souris drowned under a pile-on of far too many flavors which ended up a gloppy muddle. Overall, it was not a joyful meal and the faces of the other diners indicated that we were not alone.

This little village recreated inside the restaurant is fantastic; I won't say more...you absolutely must see it for yourself. The cuisine is typically Corsican and absolutely delicious! Now it's your turn to discover it! 👌👍😋😋

27/09/2026: This restaurant was recommended by our hosts, and frankly, we have no regrets. The decor is unique; the idea is to dine inside and experience the Provençal village recreated within. The welcome was warm and friendly. The food was so delicious and generous—it was definitely worth the price. If you need water, you can get it from the fountain inside the dining room. It's a truly original restaurant; I would gladly return.
