A very warm welcome, excellent food, and very reasonable prices. All this in a superb setting.

Good, hearty dishes, excellent Munster sauce, and cheese platters. However, the service needs improvement. There were many of us for a family event, and the waitress seemed annoyed at managing our table, with curt and sometimes cutting responses... A shame when you're there to celebrate an elderly person's birthday... The (single) menu wasn't displayed anywhere, nor was it even mentioned to the staff.

Everything was perfect, from the service to the meal. Excellent value for money. The meal was generous and very good. We will definitely return.
