The dishes featured high-quality, raw ingredients, and the bread had a lovely family story.
However, the welcome and service did not live up to the establishment's standards or the price.
Ultimately, three follow-up requests in two days after leaving the restaurant for a review prompted me to post this comment.

I was there for Dinner alone and it was excellent.
Preparation , combination of ingredients and preparation of the food was really good.
Service was very professional ,competent and knowledgeable but still friendly.
And the atmosphere is also great , comfortable, welcoming .
Very nice.
I can't wait to go back.

We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and it was an absolutely perfect experience from beginning to end.
The dishes were simply exquisite: perfectly balanced flavors, elegant presentation, and high-quality ingredients. Each plate was a true delight for both the eyes and the palate.
The service was also impeccable: attentive, professional, and very pleasant, yet discreet. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of throughout the meal.
The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant and warm, ideal for a special moment for two.
A wonderful discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I, along with a friend, went to the restaurant for lunch. It was fantastic. The menu officially consisted of three courses, but if you add the amuse-bouche and the cheese course, you quickly end up with five or six courses. Each one was simply superb.
And then there was the service: always attentive but never intrusive. Since I consider myself a wine connoisseur, I had a lively exchange with the sommelier. A truly wonderful restaurant experience.
