We had lunch on Friday, May 15, 2026. We received a warm welcome from all the staff. They were very professional and attentive! We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the amuse-bouches to the petit fours. The presentation, the taste, and the cooking were all perfect and precise. Not a single flaw. A special mention goes to the smoked asparagus from the Binder farm and the homemade sourdough bread made with flour from the Offendorf mill. The chef's careful selection and high-quality ingredients are not accidental and perfectly justify this cuisine, where the product is elevated and respected without any unnecessary embellishment. A restaurant to recommend. Thank you to the entire team for making this an unforgettable experience.

We dined at the restaurant for lunch on our 34th wedding anniversary and both enjoyed the "Whispers on the Banks of the Rhine" menu. The food was excellent. The service was very friendly, attentive, and courteous. Both the wine and non-alcoholic beverage pairings were perfectly chosen.
