A delicious moment “in the heart of the mountains”! Traditional but tasty cuisine, friendly and warm welcome and when there is no more….there is still some!! (Iced nougat!)

We were pampered as we have never been in a hostel (example: she prepared our favorite breakfast for us).
We ate in his inn with only local products and ingredients, dishes prepared entirely at home (right down to the shortcrust pastry, the nougat, the caramel, the jams, well everything)
A unique dish for sure, but it’s also the principle of an inn and a B&B! A little expensive but that's the price for eating good local produce. Beware of bad comments that do not take these notions into account.
