Very very good house and a restaurant that is worth it!!!!!

This cozy auberge accommodated a very last minute reservation for a Sunday night. The amazing owners even surprised us with a warm delicious gluten free dinner despite not usually offering cuisine on Sunday nights and waited up for us on our delayed journey. Unbelievably kind service and exceptional taste. Of course, the auberge is in the countryside so there will be a spider or two, but it is so worth the experience. Would recommend again and again!

Very nice discovery, warm welcome, impeccable room, attentive and perfect service, creative and refined cuisine. What professionalism... Bravo! Excellent value for money. A gourmet stopover that appealed to us and we will return with great joy during the summer to enjoy the outdoors.

Pleasant rooms, well appointed, very clean, impeccable service, a smiling welcome from the owner of the place. A restaurant where local and seasonal products are perfectly highlighted. An address not to be missed in the charming village of Buellas not far from Bourg en Bresse but with the calm of the countryside.

Everything went very well at the hostel. We took a package with meal and breakfast, we highly recommend it. A very good time for us.

Very comfortable hotel restaurant: very spacious room and very functional bathroom, well equipped, very clean (herbal tea possible, air conditioning, safe, small artisanal soap...). The evening meal at the Bistrot (spacious room) was excellent with well-made local specialties and very pleasant and attentive service. I highly recommend this establishment which deserves to be known and which is "worth the detour".

Wir haben hier 3 wunderbare Tage verbracht! Von außen wundervoll altmodisch, ist die Auberge innen sehr modern und chic! Wir bekamen bei Ankunft ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer, sehr nett! Holzfußboden, schön möbliert, bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage! Unser Hund bekam einen Napf und Leckerli! Die Zimmer erreicht man über Treppe oder Aufzug! Im schônen Garten gibt es einen Pool, Whirlpool, Fitnessstudio! Auf der Terrasse kann man sowohl frühstücken wie auch abendessen, das ist die Brasserie der Hotels! Donnerstags bis Samstags ist auch mittags geöffnet! Die zumeist regionalen Gerichte sind ausgezeichnet, wir haben hier zweimal gegessen, einfach köstlich! Zudem für das Gebotene preiswert! IAuf Vorbestellung gibt es Froschschenkel. Wir kosteten das Bressehuhn mit Morcheln, ein Gedicht! Alles andere war aber genauso lecker! Ausprobieren! Perfekt auch Service und Weinkarte! Das 2. Restaurant, L‘intimate, probierten wir nicht, da man dort nicht draußen sitzen kann! Die Karte hörte sich aber perfekt an! Frühstück sehr gut, sogar Omelette oder gekochtes Ei, Käseauswahl und Salami/ Schinken! Das Hotel kann man gut als Standort für Ausflüge sowohl in der Bresse als auch ins Burgund nutzen! Es ist ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Ort, ca 5 km von Bourg en Bresse entfernt! Die Besitzerin war unglaublich nett und freundlich, wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt! Vielen Dank dafür!
