Auberge Bressane de Buellas sur Buellas

Wir haben hier 3 wunderbare Tage verbracht! Von außen wundervoll altmodisch, ist die Auberge innen sehr modern und chic! Wir bekamen bei Ankunft ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer, sehr nett! Holzfußboden, schön möbliert, bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage! Unser Hund bekam einen Napf und Leckerli! Die Zimmer erreicht man über Treppe oder Aufzug! Im schônen Garten gibt es einen Pool, Whirlpool, Fitnessstudio! Auf der Terrasse kann man sowohl frühstücken wie auch abendessen, das ist die Brasserie der Hotels! Donnerstags bis Samstags ist auch mittags geöffnet! Die zumeist regionalen Gerichte sind ausgezeichnet, wir haben hier zweimal gegessen, einfach köstlich! Zudem für das Gebotene preiswert! IAuf Vorbestellung gibt es Froschschenkel. Wir kosteten das Bressehuhn mit Morcheln, ein Gedicht! Alles andere war aber genauso lecker! Ausprobieren! Perfekt auch Service und Weinkarte! Das 2. Restaurant, L‘intimate, probierten wir nicht, da man dort nicht draußen sitzen kann! Die Karte hörte sich aber perfekt an! Frühstück sehr gut, sogar Omelette oder gekochtes Ei, Käseauswahl und Salami/ Schinken! Das Hotel kann man gut als Standort für Ausflüge sowohl in der Bresse als auch ins Burgund nutzen! Es ist ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Ort, ca 5 km von Bourg en Bresse entfernt! Die Besitzerin war unglaublich nett und freundlich, wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt! Vielen Dank dafür!

Many charms will captivate you in this inn, the environment, the welcome, the staff, the equipment, the gastronomy and of course the professionalism..., nothing is missing in our eyes for a very pretty spacious suite, clean and tastefully decorated .. We discovered a very good sparkling wine along the way. We will return to this address which bewitched us for a day and a night.

We spent 1 night at the inn and we dined at the intimate restaurant, so many flavors from starter to dessert, our taste buds were in ecstasy..thanks to the chef who easily deserves his place in the Michelin guide. Excellent service with a very professional butler. The room was very comfortable, the swimming pool and jacuzzi are a real plus.

Very nice discovery. The Bressane inn is located in a quiet and green location. The welcome is very warm and professional. The air-conditioned rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the bedding is of superior quality. The cuisine is undoubtedly of an exceptional level worthy of a great restaurant, at prices that remain affordable. The service is of the same level: impeccable. The management of the establishment is ensured rigorously by the Owner whose sole concern is customer satisfaction. In the future search for a hotel restaurant, this establishment will now be our reference for us, in a word: a gem to share.
